First I want to start with the positive. I have been to this spa multiple times with my wife and they do have some great masseuses that do give some phenomenal massages. We have both enjoyed all of the massages. The waiting area and the showers are dated and definitely need some good deep cleaning (especially the showers), but it looks aged more than dirty. Now for the negative. We are Vegas locals and often purchase some of the great deals on Groupon and Travel Zoo. We recently purchased a Travel Zoo and have tried multiple times to book a massage for this weekend that they are denying. They are saying they do not have any openings, however if we are willing to pay full price, they will in turn book us. Essentially if you want to pay retail they will accommodate you. If you are wanting to use Travel Zoo or Groupon, which they are using to get business, they will not accept it. Bottom line is it is a decent spa with great massages, but unless you are willing to pay full price they will not help you.
