I have been a customer of this store for the last six years. I have always had really positive experiences with them and was very surprised when I saw the poor reviews on yelp. Had I not had so many good to surprisingly great experiences prior to reading the Yelp reviews I would have been afraid to come in for work While I was waiting for my data to transfer today I asked CJ about what was going on to rate such poor reviews. They are now under new management, he has worked here for years and he is the new manager. This is a really good thing, he's very knowledgeable and very service oriented. He is aware of the issues the customers have reported and is addressing them. I believe if you give this organization a chance you will be very happy you did.
