Joe has done several jobs for us in Cleveland Heights. He has always been quick, fairly priced, efficient, and clean in his work. He went above and beyond during his last job - the installation of a generator (see above: we've lost power due to down trees several times). We continued to experience temporary flashes of power outages after the electric company reconnected power and Joe installed our emergency generator last week. Joe responded to our calls very quickly, and even came back to our house on a Sunday evening to help us confirm that the issue was with the electric company, not with our wiring (or Joe's work) at all. We were impressed by his timeliness, responsiveness, and thorough work. We would recommend Ferrici Electric to anyone in the Cleveland area.
