The staff is very helpful, but unfortunately, their regular and dark roast (brew) coffee is quite bitter. Definitely not what I'm used to. I frequent the Queens Quay location from Monday to Friday and their brews taste much different (smoother without the burnt taste or smell). The staff did pour me a replacement cup, from another brew, but same result.
