Horrible horrible company, they honestly don't care for their customers. Ordered a processor on Nov. 23, at the time of ordering says will be delivered Dec. 4-Dec. 5. Few days later it got changed to "Backordered" and today is still on back order. I had tried calling and being stuck on the phone for 20+ mins then hung up on. Had also tried e-mailing with no lucky either, still no reply. I even posted on the facebook page hoping for a reply but nope. On the website says in-stock for in-store pick-up or one day delivery, but my order is still on "back order" doesn't make sense. I just ended up ordering it on Newegg for a little more but no tax or shipping and I know it will arrive when it says it will. Don't think I'll ever come shop here again or order online. Sorry just lost out on a $300+ order this time and any other future orders.
