Was at the Yorkdale Mall location and had first hand experience on how rude the associates are. I was looking at one of the Mackage Jackets and a lady (her name is Mckenzie) came up with a blunt "Do you want to try it on?". Before I can even mutter the words of "No thanks, I am just looki-" she just storms off......I mean common, don't make it obvious that you just care about your sales quota because your customer service is just atrocious. Bottom line, it would have been nice if I was greeted with a "Hello" or even a "No worries, let me know if you need any help" instead of walking off mid-way.
