Wow! What a meal!
I wanted an epic steak dinner in Vegas because I think that's a requirement of being in Vegas. We decided on Ramsay's because it was right next door to our hotel.
Our meal began with a seafood tower for 2 featuring clams, oysters, mussels, lobster, crab and prawns. It could have easily served 4, but I said epic meal... so we were just beginning.
The bread came out and I planned on holding back, but one of the breads was a black truffle brioche.... those are like magic words for "eat me". I buttered it up and Dove in and without a word of a lie it was the best bite of bread I have ever eaten. I literally ordered a second bun....
For my steak I got the tomahawk 30 Oz ribeye.... maybe I shouldn't have ordered that second bun. It was cooked perfectly rare with a nice crust. Every bite was heaven.
Sides we got the Brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese... both were good, but the highlights you can re-read above.
