UPDATE August 2015:
After seeing my poor Yelp review, Jerry reached out to me to apologize for the mix up. My paperwork had slipped through the cracks. He offered to have the crew come out. I agreed and set up a time. This time Jerry called and emailed to confirm an appointment date. Howard and his crew came out as planned and did a wonderful job (they left just 10 minutes ago). Howard apologized for the lack of response in June as well. Howard is very personable and clearly knows that a good relationship and great work ethic lead to return customers. I appreciate a company that owns up to a mistake and makes it right. I'm happy I gave them another chance!
