Stopped here on our way home from Cleveland at 6:30pm on Sunday 12/17/17 and both of their espresso machines were turned off. I was on the phone with my husband when I walked into their area talking about what drink he wanted and as soon as I hung up and stepped up to the counter I was told by both employees that their espresso machines were down so if I wanted a coffee drink they couldn't help me. At that point they had no idea what my order was going to be, but I was so turned off by it I decided to not purchase the other two drinks I was planning to order and the other item my son wanted. I really don't care if they are a corporate store or a licensed store, if a customer asks for the district contact number they should be willing to provide the number for whomever their bosses are. The woman who told me they weren't a corporate store was very rude, if she is the manager you need to have a serious conversation about how she talks to your customers. She had just walked around the counter from the customer area and had no idea why I was asking the other two for a number.
