after getting sick and tired of waiting for the subcontractor from American Home Shield, I decided to call this company at 0900, arrived at the service address at 0945, job done approximately 1030. the technician SASHA and his helper are efficient, knowledgeable, honest and punctual, that is 1.5 hours JOB WAS DONE, while this subcontractor from my home warranty company (INNOVATIONS LV LLC DBA PLUMBING INNOVATIONS) did not even get back to me after the initial contact more than 7 days ago, if you Have AHS coverage and your water heater or any plumbing problems, just tell them I will take the CASH EQUIVALENT, I can assure you less problem and headache, could you imagine I have a senior citizen living in the house and an old dog w/o hot water for almost 10 DAYS, now anybody out there can recommend a better home warranty company I will appreciate the feed back. thank you sasha and company this is the way to do business. semper fi.
