3 stars for this location's staff addressing my previous/second review right away, taking my car back to this location as a correction, adjusting my deductible for all the inconveniences, and being personable when I picked up my car. 4 stars because I know dealing with the family matriarch was... certainly an unwanted experience.
Hey... I might've relayed all the information/process as I was going through it because the main names listed on the multiple car family insurance is her and my father, but y'all (this and Boulder Highway locations) are the ones who thought of contacting her even though I wrote all my information down, and she was seriously unhappy with how much more stressed I became with the ordeal. I might also add that my presence was not completely positive when I initially picked the car up.
Y'all are good people. Thanks for providing good customer service in tough situations.
