Stopped by out of curiosity and think I finally found a decent BBQ joint in Vegas. Not really sure what all the menu is about so I just asked the girls up front what the best dishes were. They were super friendly and suggested I try the ribs and the brisket. Both were on point. I also took their recommendations on the sides; the bacon Mac and cheese was great and the baked beans were the bomb! I also got the brisket tacos and though they were rather small, they were tasty nonetheless! They also put some cornbread with the order; it was tasty and sweet, almost like a piece of cake wit the cornbread texture. What also caught my eye was the numerous varieties of bottles root beer they have on hand. I love microbrew'ed root beer and they definitely had a huge selection! I'll try this place again for sure! Way better than the daves place nearby and I would honestly put this food a step up from rolling smoke.
