Brought my car to Jim Marsh Body Shop for insurance-covered repair after getting rear ended. That was June 2017. It's now March 2018, I've had to bring my car back three times now for warranty repair because they think "gluing" the sides of the bumper to the frame is a good fix. I'm tired of battling with the adjuster here to get it fixed properly. I've had to call my insurance company to get help with this! Absolutely unacceptable.
To add injury to insult, I'm now getting calls from their sales department to try to sell me a car!!
Update April 2018:
Brought my car back and talked to the adjuster again to try to resolve this. She "took pictures and sent it to your insurance"....called to follow up with my insurance and they never got anything from her. Now she's lying to me!!
Brought my car back AGAIN to try to resolve the issue with the manager, more run around and still no resolution. So much for being stress free and putting my car back to "pre accident condition" like their website promises.
Shop manager told me "it's stressful, you need to follow up with your insurance" because they won't.
I asked him about the claims on the website to provide excellent customer service and quality repair, and he said "sometimes we don't meet goals, sometimes we do". Wow.
This place is a nightmare all the way around.
