I came here twice before and was not impressed, service was slow and the food was subpar and this place didn't seem like anything special. The food came out cold and staggered, the whole table was not plated/swerved within a reasonable gap between.
I went again yesterday and I was very impressed with the pick up with service and the food got a lot better! Salad dressing seemed to be a yuzu (lemony) based, it was fresh, crisp, and clean with finely shopped cabbage salad (the thinner the better IMO!). I got the pork tonkatsu and shrimp combo, super crispy but still moist! Their tonkatsu sauce also improved, it was too sweet before and not it has that little tangy bite to it which is what I love about a good tonkatsu sauce.
I was super pleased with the improvement in service and food, can't wait to go again!
