Have been coming here for years previous reviews have been decent. Today I took my car in and sitting waiting for the car noticed no cars were moving through the wash. Went and asked if they were short handed. What I assume is the mgr behind the counter responds "yes." Then walk back to where the cars line up and it basically hadn't moved. In 20 min one car came through the wash. The best part is there was a guy sitting in the office along with the two people behind the counter that are doing nothing. So yeah they are short handed but evidently some are above getting the customers taken care of. Won't be back for sometime if ever.
