Hector, and Splash are great! I had to have the filter, and heater replaced and Hector came out quickly, gave me an honest estimate, and did the work fast and competently. I later had to have the pump fixed, and TRIED doing this with my warranty company...they were useless, and Hector once again saved the day. I also use them for weekly service. I trust them, and know I am getting great service when I call. Hector always answers my questions quickly, and knowledgeably. He gives me many options, and helps me decide what is best for my situation.
