Let me summarize experience you will have: You're going to find this business online. You're going to feel hesitant about reaching out to them because it seems a little sketchy, but you're going to take your chances anyways. You're going to call, talk to some young girl, make an appointment, and feel even more sketched out. Then you're going to go to the shop, REALLY feel sketched out, decide to turn around, but then realize you've come to far to turn around, and you'll go inside.
Then you'll have one of the best phone repair experiences in your life and never regret a minute of it.
The owner of the business is a young, passionate, albeit slightly-awkward, guy who knows what he's doing! We walked in and had a great experience! Completely repaired my niece's broke iPhone in just minutes, while having a full conversation with us the whole time! He had great customer service skills, charged a reasonable price, and provided an excellent service.
He runs a small shop in a kind of run-down area, but also does house calls all over the area if you'd prefer that!
Even though we had a great experience, there was a little bump in the road. The lady on the phone never recorded our appointment. However, she got Alex on the phone right away (he was at someone's house doing repairs) and said he could be back in the shop soon or he would come to our house for free to do the service another day. They owned up to the mistake and did their best to rectify the situation.
I would HIGHLY recommend using Charlotte iPhone Repair!
