Not only was the service poor during my visit on 10/8, but the quality of the pedicure and gel polish manicure were awful. The gel polish wasn't sealed properly (by the original manicurist or the person who was supposed to be fixing it) and didn't even last a week. I also noticed that they used Scrubbing Bubbles spray to "clean" the pedicure bowls after finishing pedicures. The pedicure bowls need to be truly disinfected/sanitized between uses; which doesn't happen with a quick spray and wipe off of Scrubbing Bubbles. I definitely won't be back.
