The two stars are for their sales. I've been able to find some expensive things for great prices at Sears. But their staff leave much to be desired.
No one in the store seems to know anything about their department and when you do ask them questions they're incredibly rude. It must be a management thing because across the board at Sears stores nearly every employee acts as though they hate life and hate you for being in the store.
