I've now done 3-4 different purchase loan or refinance loans with Greg Gale and his team and I must say, I'm always impressed at their commitment to raising the customer experience bar. I'm a real estate professional and I can tell you firsthand that the mortgage and real estate process is not always easy and there are usually bumps along the path. Greg and his team aren't immune from the bumps BUT they do avoid as many as possible and when a bump is encountered, they are extremely professional in handling the situation. These guys truly care and while that may be an anomaly in today's culture, it's a breath of fresh air when you experience it!
