People complain too much these days. First off if you move into apartments a couple of blocks off the strip and expect to never hear any noise, you need to have your head examined. That being said, the noise levels are surprisingly tolerable. As far as "the bug problem" you may read about on here, the amount of bugs you will see directly reflects how your choosing to live. So clean up after yourself and buy some roach hotels, it's your living space. Don't be lazy.
