Not to be racist, but Indian restaurant have to water-down their food in order to survive. There just isn't a market big enough to cater directly to Indians/Pakistanis in Charlotte.
I've been to this place 4 times. The first 3 it was during the week for lunch with colleagues, and I was not impressed at all. Just meh. But last Sunday, I was absolutely blown away. Legit chicken biryani, Delicious chicken curry, and piping hot chicken tandoori. It was an absolute feast and the best part? Incredibly attentive service from not just the servers, but even more so from the managers (possibly owners). I'm glad I gave this place a fourth chance because this will be a regular weekend thing from now on.
**The four star rating needs to be taken with a grain of salt as the desi food in Charlotte is very mediocre. Everything is relative, and so is this review. However, authentic and possibly the best desi food in Charlotte is deserving of 4 stars.
