I could not have a higher opinion of a auto dealership! I found a truck that absolutely suited every facet of my needs and wants and contacted Truckmasters the next day. I sent an email and, which was immediately responded to by Lamar. He was courteous and very amenable to my schedule and needs. I realized that I would not have time over the weekend to spend hours in a dealership, so I agreed to look at the truck and let Truckmasters look at mine for trade-in value. They were not pushy and were completely understanding of my schedule and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Throughout the day, I negotiated with both Lamar and Terry and we arrived at a number that we both could walk away feeling good about the deal. I had excellent financing options at the best rates available and Truckmasters beat the interest rates of USAA and Bank of America, with their financing partners available to them. I asked Lamar and Terry to draw up the paperwork and I would sign first thing in the morning; They said I would be in and out in under twenty minutes (I thought differently) and sure enough, I arrived at 8:10 and left with my new truck at 8:30. I have purchased 15 vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience I have had at any dealership across they country! They did not entrap me, pressure me, lie to me, or otherwise make me feel as though I was a prisoner like so many dealership do....a huge thanks to Lamar, Terry, and Mia for making this happen as promised!
