I was in the area, so I decided to check out this café. It is much larger than I thought it would be and quite rustic and relaxed atmosphere!
On a Sunday afternoon, there were a coupla people working away on their laptops and maybe 1-2 other small groups. In comparison to a place like this in a more populated area, I thought this place was quiet, but it was a welcomed change. No line, no rush, no waiting for a table.
Americano was smooth, not bitter or acidic. Carrot muffin was ok, not too sweet, good icing, could've been a bit more moist, but no real complaints.
This place definitely reminded me of why I'd rather frequent the independent places rather than the SB, Timmy's, McD's for coffee!
