I was backed into and came in for repair of my bumper per the insurance company's recommendation. The bumper was fixed fine but they left huge gashes in my rear windshield window tint. The dealership had replaced my windshield tint not too long ago it is not very old and I know it was not like that before. I immediately pointed this out to them and asked if they had wiped down the inside of the windows and they said no. I know the inside of the windows were wiped down however, because when I dropped them off they were filthy (inside and out) and when I picked it up they were spotless (inside and out). **UPDATE** Got a voicemail from Gerber saying to call them back about the scratched tint and a message from the customer service rep saying they wanted to investigate and rectify the situation. I was glad to hear back right away. However, when I called Gerber back all they did was deny that they had scratched the tint or wiped down the windows. It was a 1 minute conversation and the situation still isn't "rectified."
