It is extremely hard to schedule an appointment at this location. My first appointment availability was not until close to a month later and I only got to see a nurse practitioner versus a actual dermatologist. The front desk staffs are friendly. Their services are fast and easy. When they took a piece of my skin for autopsy, it was done quickly and my skin heals up very quickly. They gave me two phone calls on my different test results and each time the information provided was very detailed. Since my diagnosis is a rare skin issue, I was instructed to read up on the website and tried figuring out what causes it on my own. It adds to some frustration on my part. Overall, my experience has been great.
