I have been a regular since this place opened. It is unfortunate that they would treat me so poorly. I stopped by earlier today and they were very busy. I came back a couple of hours later and the were two people in front of me with 3 barbers. One barber joked it would be an hour. He said he was joking. I sat down with my iPad and put in my earphones and waited. After an hour, I noticed that they had taken someone before me. I thought it was a mistake and let it go. After that the next barber finished and called the next person from a list. I've been going there for a long time.... I was supposed to know everything changed and I was supposed to write my name on a list? I heard them tell the next person that can in about the list. They think it is fun to joke with me, but they can't tell me about the list? They have wasted a lot of my time in the past because of their poor service. I put up with it because they do a very good job at cutting a flat top. They are not wasting my time any longer.
