We used to go to Simply Yogurt in South Park and were always happy. We saw that Cowtastic is much closer and decided to try it out last night.
My first impression was that the store was very clean and well kept. The next thing I noticed was the number of flavors to choose from. We were used to 5 or 6 options, but there must have been 12+ options at Cowtastic. I went with cookies & cream and some chocolate and vanilla twist (not very adventurous). I topped it off with some candy and other fresh toppings. There was a great selection for toppings, from fresh fruit to candy, to little fruit beads that looked like caviar. The cashier then topped it off with fresh whipped cream. The ice cream was delicious! While not inexpensive, (about $7.50 for two cups of ice cream that were 1/2 full) it was worth the cost and we will definitely be back.
