This service which is mandatory lets you pay 25.$ a month so that someone comes to your door twice a week to take your trash away. Oh don't worry you'll still have dumpsters available. My dumpster was about 75 yards from my door. But don't worry, you'll still be able to be charged for the dumpster service as well. Gee, I wonder does the complex get a kick back from Valet Waste. Probably not that wouldn't be ethical. If you are an animal lover have they got a treat for you. For no extra charge you can experience nature in the comfort of your own home. That's right, no extra charge to habitate with the scorpions. My highlight was when I shared my bed with a juvenile scorpion. Its all fun and games till he gives you the old stinger to let you know you are hogging the blankets. Maintenance? Epic! After my laundry room was without hot water for 3 weeks , one of the staff informed me that there were other laundry rooms on the property. That guy really knows how to put on his best customer service suit. Since BH management took over 2 years ago those apartments are horrendous .
