I visited Pour the first week that they opened around 11:00 AM. I was the only customer in the establishment and three of the employees were sitting down and looked like they were eating. The barista who took my order was very nice but seemed a little confused and didn't know much about their menu options. When asked if they had sugar free syrups he at first didn't know and then confirmed that they did not (bummer) but offered Agave instead. I then ordered a black coffee and latte and it took quite a while to receive my order considering I was the only person in there. I found that there prices were quite high as well (compared to nearby competition). It seemed like the staff was unfamiliar with working the computer but I tried to let that go considering it was the first week of their grand opening. The establishment itself had a lot of seating area to work or meet with friends. I was impressed with the cleanliness and decor but unfortunately was not sold on the overall experience.
