Just wanted people to know, Please be aware of your credit score before Applying for a rental application here. We filled out an application, Now there was to be no deposit based on credit score, So we filled out an application and the lady that worked in the office came back and told us, You were approved, But...Your credit came back So-So! I was like Huh? We have perfect credit how can it be So-So? And she told us we needed a security deposit,Now what she didn't know is we have credit monitoring, And know what our credit is.Grant it,We have not been late nor missed a payment on ANYTHING in 20 yrs! God be the glory! So somebody is being dishonest here! So we get the story,Well let us run a background check and it may change for you! Huh? We could not believe this! But she knew what was said was not right! And to this day they NEVER called us back with the results of the background check, Which we also knew would come back CLEAR! Moral of the story! We ended up waiting for the Original Apt. We was waiting for to become available in the 1st place, In which a month earlier we was Approved and background cleared,In 5 mins NO DEPOSIT,Because of AAA Credit. I'm not saying it's a bad place,But please know your Score beforehand & be careful Of people who would take advantage of you! Blessings!!
