I dropped my vehicle off Thursday may 18th to the azure location at 8am. I was told by your receptionist I would get a call by my advisor within the next few hours by my advisor Francisco. Francisco never bothered to call to give me any updates on my vehicle. Your receptionist Caroline is very snappy because she can't handle customer service situations. It's very frustrating and having a little snappy attitude being thrown at you is ridiculous on your part. Very unprofessional business I was expecting at least some feed back other than getting a run around. Very horrible customer service all I wanted was some feedback on MY vehicle. Once I receive my vehicle back I will not return to your company again. I wish I didn't even have to rate this place to post this I would give you no stars.
