I recently moved to the area and looked for a salon that is in proximity to my home and Beauty Now came up with decent recommendations. I went in the fall for the first time for color and cut and the owner Christina spent a lot of time to ensure that both her and I were happy with with work. I was happy with the work the first time and decided to give it a second try. When I came into the salon and sat down I realized that the owner was double booked and only after my color was done I found out that the owner will not be working on my hair, but instead her assistant will be working on it and at that point I could not just leave and come back some other time as I needed a cut badly... The roots turned out to be the orange brown color that washes my face out and that neither Christina nor I were a fan last time I came to see her and she ended up fixing last time. My cut is horrible - I look like a broom with no volume or shape or style, I could have cut the hair better myself. I paid $120 for my cut and color and I look like I got a $15 hair job done... The unfortunate part is that too much of my hair got cut and it may not be fixable by another salon now and I will have a great broom look for a few months before it can be fixed :(. 9 days into my cut and color and I am ready to cry every time I look into a mirror. I don't think that I will be returning to Beauty Now ever again.
