This was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I will be brief and sum it all up. When you first make contact it's all good. Calls are returned, drivers turn up on time, job was well done on pick up. Furniture wrapped, great service. Now let's talk delivery, here is where the nightmare begins. My stuff was picked up promptly on December 3rd. Going from California to Ohio, SUPPOSED to arrive December 12th no problem. Well I call on December 12th and I am told my stuff is in Las Vegas. What? I am not pleased at all and am RUDELY told they have 21 days from my available day (December 12th) to delivery. It's all in the contract I signed. I was always told December 12th and no verbal mention of this 21 days. Well sure enough I signed it so they are in the clear. NEVER was this mentioned and if it was I certainly would not have hired them. I had no clothes, furniture or anything and it is CHRISTMAS. I had people coming to stay with me and of course that didn't happen and no CHRISTMAS at all this year. My stuff did arrive on December 28th and in the mean time no one returned my calls and I had absolutely no idea where my stuff was and if I would get it at all. I suppose you maybe could use them for a 5-10 mile move but they are not QUALIFIED for an out of state move and I wish I would have never heard of this outfit. I don't think it is a legitimate business, SO PLEASE DON'T USE THEM, YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!!!! I lost a vacuum and a box of stuff. I also got a box of clothes (nice new men's clothes) in a SYSCO box marked ARTURO. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
