When I walked in, I was the sole customer in the store. The person sitting at the counter was busy with their electronic device, so I was free to look around. When I had a question about a certain item, the salesperson was reticent to answer and seemed put out to have to address their job duties. He failed to get up to see what I was asking about and to provide verified information as to whether the item was N.O.S. or used/returned - he said it was "new". I was left to interpret whether that meant "new" to him, "new" to the store, or what... considering that the product I asked about hadn't been made in over 5 years. I'll leave it to the reader of this review to decide as to why I might have been the only customer in the store for the ten minute period that I was there. I won't be returning. P.S. Don't bother with their website. It looks like it is a template generated site from 2003 and they list virtually no in-stock items on it. Much of the functions such as the blog, the training section, and the other functions were never activated or simply placed there for a cheap web presence. Whatever they are paying to have that site hosted is too much, because nothing is usable on it. The last update appears to have been a sale for knives over seven months ago.
