avoid southwest eye institute as your eye doctor. I literally had to stand up for myself and break up with them. The doctor is great but the staff is awful. I've waited 7 weeks for samples that should have taken 1. When I complained at week 5 I was told the doctor would not speak to me by the staff, they did not have a tracking number and they don't know if they have an office manager that I could complain too. so I showed up in person. The doctor admitted the staff dropped the ball and apologized. The samples finally arrive at week 7. The staff did not notify me of the arrival even after three days of me calling and leaving messages. The staff response was she was too busy to call me.....for three days
