I recently came here to get a Brazilian. Their website said they offered hard wax however when I was already lying on the table she told me they were out so we had to use the strips, which I wouldn't have done had I known ahead of time. Once the service was complete the aesthetician said 'ok your skin is already irritated and I don't want to hurt you so I'm leaving you with this strip to remove the left over hair and if you can't there is wax remover right here.' I figured maybe it was just a few hairs but when I looked it was 2 patches that were maybe 2" x 1" in size each.. huge patches. She mentioned the hairs were too long but I trimmed them before the appt and if they were too long, she should have trimmed them but honestly I think that was an excuse because that's never been an issue for me. I tried to remove the leftover hair with the strip but it didn't help so I used the oil to get the wax off from those patches and every else because I was extremely sticky. She was pleasant and the room was clean and nice but the waxing itself was terrible and it shouldn't have been left up to me to remove so much hair. I've never had that happen before and I've been getting waxed on a regular basis for about 8 years.
