Just avoid them at all cost... they really went downhill. I have an 18 month old and was informed by two different people that it is 3 month appointments until 12 months and then 6 months until 24 months. Well she is almost 18 months and I just got a 'missed appointment' $25 charge!!! No phone call, no reminder, nothing! Told them the situation and they said 'sorry about that, I don't kow who misinformed you, your balance is $29.89' so I owe $30 for them to 'misinform' me and my daughter is 3 months behind on her vaccines! looking for a new provider now.
