Their menu is very simple but the food is tasty. Basically you can choose from three sizes, small bowl, large bowl or plate, filled with a steamed veggie blend, white or brown rice (or no rice) and your choice of chicken or beef. The protein choice and size determines the price. The bowl is a little plain on its own but you can always add more teriyaki sauce and some hot sauce (they have 3 heat levels). It is a great option for a fast food meal that is pretty healthy.
