My favorite part of this visit was finally meeting the right doctor, Stacee Burson. She was incredible across-the-board. I have gone to WVV several times and never quite had a great fit with the doctors but I would go there just for her alone. She took her time, she explained things well, gave direction and advice. Could not have been more impressed. I was also very impressed with Melanie, the lady who helped with my frames and purchase. She was also very nice, helpful, took her time and was very accommodating. The only negatives I had were more with the front desk and their disinterest in helping me get to the bottom of my insurance/discounts. They did not have the same helpful attitude and it took getting a manager involved to get anywhere with the discount. I did feel the pricing was a little over-the-top but the doctor assured me that the quality of progressives would be worth the higher pricing. Overall, I would recommend and will definitely return for the doctor alone. I do wish there was more availability in discounts and insurance. But, overall this is a really nice office. Most of the staff is great and the most important part of finding a thorough caring doctor, which I found in Dr. Stacee Burson.
