1st time using them. I had been having trouble with my opener working. You know the issue with older units, it will only open the door about 3-6 inches with the remote. You have to hold the power button from the wall unit.
I sent a message through Yelp and they replied with in 3-5 minutes. I explained the issue and was able to send tech out within an hour or 2 on a Saturday. Sweet!

David my tech called to let me know he could come earlier 1 1/2 hours early.
David checked the unit ran some test and told me it was on it's last legs. It would work but unknown for how long.
I took the plunge and asked how much for a new unit and could they do it today? He said he has a unit in his rig and could do it right now. Reasonable price for the unit which included installation and a exterior key pad.
Done and done within an hour and a half. That includes his trouble shooting.
