Hands down my favorite bar in Las Vegas. Located in the Wynn, Parasol is tucked in the back of the hotel on the water front. It has two parts - Parasol Up, which is located on the casino floor, and my personal favorite Parasol Down, located on the lower level leading out to the patio.
I can't get over the decor here. I love the Alice and Wonderland theme of the Wynn and this bar is no exception. It has a variety of big and small parasols hanging from the ceiling over the bar area. The parasols do move throughout the night. The indoor bar itself is decorated with golds, yellow and reds and has an assortment of little patio chairs you might see in a French cafe.
Outside you can sit right in front of the waterfall display. For March it was pretty cold but they had heater outside so we didn't notice anything. Again - be aware drinks are $$$! I highly recommend the Sparkling Guava - it's my favorite drink in Las Vegas! They also have a small menu of appetizers and snacks to enjoy, but no full menu.
