Front office women are very rude and no help with anything. You can not op-out of the monthly charge for someone to take your garbage out. Everything in the
"remodeled" apartments are the cheapest of the cheap and everything just falls apart. The dishwasher doesn't open because it hits the oven/stove. The screens don't stay on the windows and the windows are only single pane so all the a/c gets out. Toilet constantly runs. The maintenance men have come to fix it 3 times now and it still runs all day and night to the point where we have that toilet turned off so 1 of the 2 bathrooms is out of order. Loud neighbors. Police are often called. Tiny dog park. Tiny gym area. 1 gas grill throughout for ALL the residents. I could go on all day.
