Very disappointed. We've visited many times over the years and never had an issue until this morning. Ordered large hot coffee and other items. While drinking the coffee I almost swallowed plastic wrap like piece (like shrink wrap) floating in the cup and went in my mouth. Thank God I caught the large piece but I don't know if any smaller pieces. Spoke with a manager / General manager and it was put on us like we put it in the cup. I have pictures.
