All my friends have raved about it and I'd say their options of thick versus think noodles along with the different broth options are unique. I do love the creativity and the twists in broths so expect to be surprised! I would give this place more of a 3.5 to be honest as I wasn't exactly a fan of the broth I had. Something felt like it was missing. I had the spicy tonkstsu ramen and maybe the spicy was overkill to the point I could not appreciate the broth itself or what I was eating. It's not that it was too spicy, just it masked all the other flavors of my ramen. Could be causing why I'm not giving the 5. Noodles - definitely fresh and perfectly chewy so that's good! Next time I'll be back to try the thin noodles as the thick ones are a bit overwhelming as well. Either way it does warrant another visit to verify but I do believe in first impressions. Things to look out for: They do get lines like monta so if you can come early do. No reservations It's in a shady part of the city in a near empty plaza. Their sign didn't turn on for me so I had trouble finding it. By the way it's next to the ice cream shop on the side of the grocery store!
