The Lizard is my solid standby when I'm in downtown Cleveland.
There is noting fancy about this joint, and their menu feels like they are trying to do a little to much, but if you're looking for a casual comfortable hole-in-the-wall, this is a good one.
The burgers and wings are good, they have plenty of TV's to watch the games, great beer selection, and the service is pretty good too. This isn't a trendy 4th Street, TV Chef, micro-brew, which some reviewers seem to have thought. Set realistic expectations and you'll like this place.
