Inquired about possible move in some months ago and spoke to Jesssica who was very pleasant to talk to. She was friendly and professional and patiently answered all of my questions.. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Even though I got approved for two other complexes I chose Atrium because of Jessicas previous encounter with me. Though I couldn't qualify for the apartment I wanted, she worked with me and was able to save me over a $100 in rent for similar layout and space. Secondly I wanted something closer to my workplace and my son's daycare and I got just that. I'm looking forward to be moved in soon.
