For me, what Kevin Super lacked in professional demeanor, he made up for in the quality of work and integrity. He was initially not very polite or friendly at all. He didnt even say hello, just wanted to know what rooms were to be cleaned. He really came off as rude and abrasive. I just thought he may have been having a bad day and tried to be kind. It worked, he started talking and never stopped! Lol. But all the while, I watched and saw the effort that he put into cleaning my carpets. It was a lot more than I had ever seen before. And the rugs looked cleaner and smelled wonderful when he was done. He didnt want to do one room because he said that the rug was too old and soiled and didnt think he could improve it much. I asked him to please try anyway and he did. It did come a bit cleaner but not much. But he didnt ask for payment on that room. That's integrity. I would recommend Super Duper to others and plan to use them in the future too.
