Don't take your vehicle to the body shop! Honestly, if it allowed me to rate them a below 1 star then they would rate a -1. Ford warranties are worthless, Fords quality of vehicles are junk. Never again will I do business with them. I called for a warranty question and what I was automatically told is "your warranty expired and we can't help you." I have an extended warranty but no one chose to look into it, I had to tell them, they never asked about it. So, here's my dilemma, my 2012 expedition paint started to bubble in the tail section and under the hood. The paint is now starting to peel and rust. This is a 2012, this should not be happening on the body, especially at this point!! The vehicle is under 5 years old- this issue is a manufacturers' defect. Ford won't stand by it and the dealership definitely doesn't stand by it. I spoke with John at the body shop. He was not helpful at all, just wanted to make money rather then taking care of the customer. Not asking for a free fix, but would have liked some assistance being this vehicle is a 2012 and I have an extended warranty on it. Stand by your product and be loyal and fair to your customers!
