Got rear-ended on I-15 by a State Farm insured motorist. After contacting them, they told me "Ultimate Collision" was one of their preferred repair facilities in the Summerlin area. I went there after calling and was paired with a repair agent named Roland, who promptly helped me out with paperwork and took pictures of my car. It was a Friday and I was to bring the car back on Monday. Roland told me it really wasn't "driveable" since the brake light lens was broken.(I thought driveable was that it was driveable...lol) So told me to contact State Farm and get the rent-a-car right away so that my wife and I wouldn't be without the 2nd vehicle over the weekend as I had to work. Roland worked seamlessly with Hertz, so there were no issues having the rental a couple days longer than expected as there was additional unseen damage under the outwardly visible damage to our car. Thanks again to Roland for doing an outstanding job with our vehicle. Appreciatively, your future returning customers, Matt and Vickie (p.s. thanks for making the transition easy for Vickie on the day she picked it up as I had to work! )
